tumblingcancer

Should build with GCC v>=4.0 and GNU make.

Parameters are set by editing the source in tumblera.cpp and types.h, and initial conditions are set in main() in tumblera.cpp.

Runs with:

./tumblera $seed $alpha $outputfile

A ground-up rewrite of a much larger project from my thesis. This is a simulation of a lattice model of metastatic cancer that includes simple tumour-tumour interactions.
