There's a bug in cf-python version 3.19.0 which means it, although you can pip install it into a python 3.10 environment, it then raises an error when you try to import it.

Replace https check with http to avoid errors due to SSL certificates - these errors aren't handled differently within the checksit code, but can crop up unexpectedly if there is an issue with the cert, resulting in an inconsistent test.
