Thanks @carlostome for bringing this up... @lehins @WhatisRT can you verify that this is consistent with today's ledger spec?
Also please @fallen-icarus @polinavino @perturbing post what you think about whether this is consistent with what implementors would expect or if anything about the change would warrant a deeper review.
Yes, it is consistent. There is no need to share Plutus data across the whole transaction. @rphair FTR. @carlostome and @williamdemeo are the two engineers who are responsible for the Ledger formal specification nowadays. @WhatisRT has not been involved with Ledger spec for about two years now. |

@carlostome if you could please try to avoid force-pushing (even after atomic changes) to PRs on this repo, then the editors wouldn't be concerned about overwriting commits that others may suggest here... which we generally try to correlate with discussion as evidence of progressive peer review. (Force-pushing is OK if you ensure it includes any commit history from others.) 🙏 |
