Yep, this looks good to me! This will be the intel runner we'll use until github fully deprecates intel support. |

Hi @lizgehret and @gregcaporaso, What's the status on this? Is this ready for merging? I am triaging, so I want to make sure it ends up in the right spot. |

@lizgehret - is this right? I got an error about the previous runner no longer being available.
