Job exit mode support

Support for RESTART and PANIC exit mode.
When a job terminates normally (i.e. exit code == 0), the job exit mode is read to:

• panic if the task requests a system panic
• respawn a new job instance of the task if the task request a restart

The concept documentation has been updated accordingly.
