What this PR does / why we need it:
This is Release PR for release 4.2 containing version v0.8.0-rc.2 of Commonalities.
Version was changed from 0.7.0 to 0.8.0 in order to allow all files (if versioned) to use the same version as the Commonalities release.
The scope is listed in M4 Spring26.
