What's new in this PR
Description
Allow users to verify shifts by entering someone else's pin code. Added a function that verifies a pin code and one that Updates the Firebase with status = verified, verifiedBy = userID, verifiedAt = currentTime, shiftCopy = copy of the shift that this scheduledShifts points to. Created a Formik form that allows a user to enter a pin number. PinVerificationForm.tsx.
