I'm currently trying to run cage on wayland, but it's crashing due to xwayland problems. Instead of (needlessly) trying to configure my system to work well with xwayland, disabling it is the easiest and most elegant solution.
This pull request adds an option to enable or disable XWayland support at runtime, improving flexibility for users and packagers.
No functionality changes if the user doesn't touch these new flags.
