ngx.HTTP_CLOSED does not exist in OpenResty (correct constant is ngx.HTTP_CLOSE), causing get_deny_status() to return nil for stream services. This silently disabled country, blacklist, greylist, DNSBL and reversescan filtering on all TCP/UDP services since v1.6.5. Also fix wrong shared dict name in stream config files (internalstore instead of internalstore_stream).
