Support for Solr 9.2 Much of this is based on existing Solr 7 module, with minor changes.
My preference would be to return to 'solr' naming scheme (instead of solr7 vs solr9), but for now I am following existing naming scheme.
Solr 7 is very old and EOL (~2017 not sure exact date), so we could also consider dropping solr 7 module altogether.
