Summary

Switch exporter to pandas for reading TSVs.
Sort by the first column before write to ensure stable, readable diffs.
Enforce LF line endings (buffer write; pandas-version agnostic).

Changes

Replace requests streaming with pandas.read_csv.
Add stable sort (mergesort) on first column.
Normalize line endings to LF.

Closes #21
