Imported from xgerman's fork: systematic auditing of booked trips for price drops, better cabin availability, improved routings, schedule changes, and award repricing. Reads a user-provided reservations file. Category normalized to orchestration, skill-meta.tsv row added, tables regenerated. Co-authored-by: German <geeichbe@microsoft.com>

"Gardening" = tending bookings you already have: re-checking booked awards for cheaper repricing, watching for schedule changes that unlock free changes/refunds, and spotting price drops on flexible cash fares. Reads a user-provided reservations file and audits every booking systematically. This is the only part of the toolkit that looks backward at booked trips instead of forward at new ones.
Import cleanup: category normalized to
orchestration,skill-meta.tsvrow added, README/llms.txt regenerated.
