Updated mystmd applies CSS property limiting height of the image. Changing to center fixes the issue (since no CSS is applied on center)

This PR adds support for uploading multiple raw sequencing datasets (e.g., 16S and ITS) per single metadata set via a new optional
raw_reads_set_idcolumn (defaults to "1"). Example TSVs, docs, and tests have been updated accordingly.
