Bump pyproject.toml to 1.5.0 (surfaced via backend/__init__.py), roll the [Unreleased] changelog into the 1.5.0 release section, and add the previously-missing entry for the /me/kosync 500 fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Release-prep for v1.5.0 "Rubric" — changelog only, no code changes.
[Unreleased]into a dated## [1.5.0] — 2026-06-13 — "Rubric"section (codename in the header, matching the Vellum/Press/Diary format)./me/kosync500 fix (it merged in fix: kosync /me 500, series-key hardening, esbuild advisory #51 without a changelog line). After this merges, the tag + GitHub release can be cut from main. The bake-to-file WIP (#39) is intentionally not in this release — it's a stale, self-declared WIP that mutates source files and needs to ship deliberately on its own.
