Backport of #3794 into 1.4

@patrickelectric I'm assuming 1.4 is still the branch I should backport to, let me know if it's not the case anymore.

Apparently, the log to file was dropped. This version is not suitable for this BlueOS :(

Maybe we can create a dedicated release of linux2rest with just this fix over the version being used on 1.4?

yep, I think that's worth it. Removing zenoh and adding the log-to-file back.
