@osma this is where I've started some of my work with indexing vocabularies from various SKOSMOS APIs! the code in here is what might become a new SKOSMOS client in a new repository. I'll check in with you again once this is more mature and we can talk about where this code should ultimately land |

SKOSMOS is a lightweight ontology and controlled vocabulary lookup service, like OLS, but for SKOS-flavored vocabularies. There are several SKOSMOS instances listed by BARTOC that contain relevant identifier resources to incorporate.
This PR adds a workflow from creating Bioregistry records from SKOSMOS that can be quickly curated and the missing bits filled in.
