- Updated prompt to explicitly forbid hardcoded resource IDs (sg-xxx, subnet-xxx, etc.) - Added validation in plan_preflight_validate.go to detect and reject hardcoded AWS resource IDs - Plans must now use placeholder tokens like <SG_ID> with corresponding produces mappings - This fixes issues where stale resource IDs from previous runs caused deployment failures
