Input autofocus in the Jump menu triggers the keyboard + address bar animation on touch screens, making the interaction feel a bit noisy, and blocking a significant part of the menu.
In this PR, I removed autofocus on touch screens, following the same approach used in filters. I also fixed the Jump menu being clipped on mobile browsers.
