Introduce configurable timeouts for mobile link and connect subprocesses, with a default timeout set to 30 seconds. This enhancement allows users to specify custom timeout values through environment variables or the
config.envfile.The
AUTIFY_CONNECT_CLIENT_STARTUP_TIMEOUTvalue is also propagated tomobile linkso that it uses the configured startup timeout when starting Autify Connect.
