Initial desktop alpha release

Alpha release of electron desktop build.
Read only (hive-keychain only for now)
Attached file is built for windows 32/64bit

You can build the desktop version for yourself by running
git clone https://github.com/ausbitbank/hive.ausbit.dev-src/
quasar build -m electron
in the project root.
