PageGuard is a free website health scanner built for e-commerce and small business owners. It checks four dimensions in a single scan:
Returns a score (0–100) across all four dimensions. Free to use, no account required for single scans.
Why it fits here
Added to the Website Optimization & SSL section, after Google Mobile Friendly Test. It complements PageSpeed Insights with a broader health scan that covers accessibility and best practices in addition to performance — especially useful for e-commerce stores needing to comply with ADA Title II requirements by April 2026.
