ATLAS-5047: ATLAS- Support TLS 1.3
In this fix we are adding support for TLS1.3
How was this patch tested?
Specify protocol to this property atlas.ssl.enabled.protocols=TLSv1.3 or TLSv1.2
Default protocol is TLSv1.2
Also provide algorithms here atlas.ssl.enabled.algorithms
openssl s_client -connect localhost:21443
Verified with testssl.sh tool
./testssl.sh localhost:21443
