- Bump version from 0.4.3 to 0.4.4
- Fix list-tables displaying 0 columns (TUI and SQL fallback)
- Fix scan-pii LLM model selection (active_model not passed)
- Make help command provider-aware with explicit filtering
- Fix needs_setup wizard auto-start with provider checks
- Update test mocks for Redshift dict format (list_databases)
- Fix 16 test failures across wizard, registry, and help tests
