Pull request overview
This PR aims to make mksh build outputs deterministic/reproducible.
Changes:
- Normalizes
tarextraction metadata (owner/group/mode) and adds a timestamp-related extraction flag. - Sets reproducible build environment variables/flags for compilation and archiving.
- Strips the resulting binary and normalizes its timestamp/permissions; adds
binutilsto build dependencies.
