TEMPORARILY - I have created a copy of the warmup library under the warmup_cc dir. This should make it easier for people to test this PR. For the final version we would need to release a new version to PyPi and then remove this copy and update the manifest.json. At that point we may also be able to get it merged into the main home-assistant code.
