How can SMPL or STAR get the displacement of the body, like hair?

As shown in this figure, when I want to get a canonical shape of such a sequence, how should I deal with the displacement like hair shown in the example? Cuz As we can see from the last frame of the example, both gt and STAR has the displacement of hair, how does STAR learn it?
