BlinkBank is an ASP.NET Core MVC web application that provides a secure and user-friendly electronic wallet and banking experience, enabling users to register, log in, manage their accounts, and perform financial transactions efficiently.

Installation & Setup

Prerequisites

• .NET 6 SDK
• SQL Server (LocalDB or another instance)
• Visual Studio 2022 or VS Code with C# support

Installation

1. Clone the repository

   git clone https://github.com/ahmadabdelbary2001/MVC-Banking-System.git

2. Configure the Database Connection Update the database connection string in appsettings.json to match your database configuration:

   "ConnectionStrings": {
       "DefaultConnection": "Server=YOUR_SERVER;Database=YOUR_DATABASE;User Id=YOUR_USER;Password=YOUR_PASSWORD;"
   }

3. Run database migrations Run the following command in the Package Manager Console to apply migrations:

   Update-Database

   Alternatively, if using the .NET CLI, run:

   dotnet ef database update

4. Run the Application Using the .NET CLI:

   dotnet run
