Style Transfering in TelegramBot
Hello. This bot will transfer your picture in the style you want. Use a command: /start to initiate style transferring. Use a command: /cancel or type: cancel to cancel the style transeferring stage.
You also need to download a vgg_conv.pth file. You can use this link https://bethgelab.org/media/uploads/pytorch_models/vgg_conv.pth.
