This also removes some unnecessary cross-includes by proper refactoring of common code.
This is just for preview. I'd like to graft this on top of the SubTarget reorganisation

AIE2 was used as a representative for AIE2, AIE2P and AIE2PS. Some refactorings
were made into AIE2Common, which still reside in the top directory.
In this stage, we still have some cross-target includes, mainly because
it needs a lot of effort to untangle the knot.
That holds also for archs that already had their C++ sources in subdirs
