Snakefile

  • Gated all logic behind a check if the "test" rule needs to be ran, which is what CI/CD uses to run. Otherwise, the normal workflow runs.

ci.yml

  • Added ci/cd logic for GitHub Actions

print_help.py

  • Logic to print guide for each switch as seen on the readme
