Everything looks good but the townyperms should probably get a config migration added so old files get the node added to the nomad group

Adds a command to see what towns a player is trusted in
New Nodes/Commands/ConfigOptions:
/res trustlist [player] - leaving player empty defaults to sender player
towny.command.resident.trustlist - granted by default, same as outlawlist.
