Trying to add tune at start.

Better Pico Audio

Tweaked some waveform values for audio.

Finally audio :)

@Gadgetoid fixed the audio, so now we have sfx!
Also fixed some bugs (hopefully) with projectile types, level reward requirements and a missing checkpoint.

Improved level 10

Improved level 10:

• Added 'Thanks for playing' rainbow text.
• Added confetti particles.
• Improved intro - made it faster just for this level, since it's so small

Also fixed the height of the checkpoint flag on level 5.

Bug fixes and UI improvements.

Updated won/lost UI to have the level you just completed in the background.
Fixed a bug where pausing and exiting the level could complete the level (when users navigated to the 'resume' button after pressing 'exit', but before the transition had finished).

Badges!

Now with highscore badges.

Fixed debug keys.
