Release 1.0.0

This release contains the binaries for Linux RHEL 64 bits platforms (or similar: UBI...).

It has been build with OpenSSL 3.4.1 and LibOQS 0.12.

It has been tested with OpenSSL 3.4.2 (but it should work with OpenSSL 3.4.x in large), as well as with a Luna Network HSM using FW 7.9.0..
