I updated the PR so that "create local temporary table" statement is properly imported and exported when it is in the body of a virtual procedure. |

Added support for Global and Foreign temporary tables. Local temporary tables can't be defined in VDB's DDL. Unit tests added. Tests in TestDdlNodeVisitor passed. I was unable to run all unit tests since many unit test are failing.
