Windows standalone installer. User-editable settings are stored in ~/.NeoCLI/config.toml. It configures DeepSeek v4 Pro as the primary model and DeepSeek v4 Flash for Haiku and subagents. Shift+Tab always displays and cycles through dangerous mode.
