This PR allows the GTK UI to translate specific questions generated by the CLI.
Operation questions now carry a semantic purpose that the CLI exposes as an identifier. The GTK UI can use this identifier to select a local gettext translation instead of relying English text coming directly from the CLI. The original prompt remains available as a fallback for unknown question types.
