Sky-install v1.1 bugfix release

This release fixes a bug on Unix-like systems. The executable will not longer try to copy replay.exe (which is Windows only). Also attached is a Linux executable (built on Deepin 15.10.1).

Sky Install v1.0 Release

Run this command to install SCAII in the canonical location. It's recommended you use the main SCAII release instead but this is here for posterity.

At minimum you will need rustup and a C++ compiler such as MSVC build tools on Windows or build essentials on Linux. Python3.x is required to use SCAII itself.
