RtBinSrc v1.3 R4

Drag and drop support. if you drag a file to the In File button or Filename area it will just populate the fields. You will need to click import afterwards. If you drag a file anywhere else on the form it will automatically import with the current settings.

RtBinSrc v1.2 R3

Import button turns to Cancel button once importing starts so you cancel if the file is too big or made wrong file selection.
Info bar updates with each 10 lines imported
While importing performs Application.ProccessMessages so that it doesn't appear frozen with bigger files.
