fix boot on new bios

starting from bios#64 NUC wont start.
Tested on nuc8i5bek bios#71.

Five evenings long try to install mojave on my new intel nuc8i3. Bios is version 75. No chances, can't even load apple's installation wizard. Flash drive prepared by BDU, Clover is version 5100. A thousand variations of *.efi drivers combinations gave no success. Can't skip two errors: stuck on apfs_module_start: 1393 and AMFILoadTrustedKeysFromNVRam: no nvram variable.

Instructions from Rehabman used as a main guide. Config patched. Aptio*.efi, Osx*.efi etc different combinations tryed a hundred of times - stucks are the same but just change their precedence (first passed, stuck on the second or second passed and stuck on the first).

Tryed to downgrade to version 56 bios. Nuc doesn't support that. Says, it's not suitable version for the device.

I don't know where to dig further. Will try your special config for nuc8 attached here tomorrow.

Thank you so much! I bought a NUC (same model nuc8i5bek) in 2020 January (that's what the sticker says) and the factory bios wouldn't work in clover without this patch.

For me, the install_osx got stuck at apfs_module_start:1393: load: com.apple.filesystems.apfs - but it kept going with this patch!!

@RehabMan perhaps we can merge thissss?
