This adds a new command type `clear_map_command`. By default it clears all events from the map and updates the event counter, but it can take types that should be deleted and optionally whether the event counter should be updated. This also adds a button to the setting to manually clear the map. The button only supports clearing all events and updating the counter. Closes: #39
