• Setting base config via configuration file and overwrite with command-line options should actually work
• Extend OTLP config to cover HTTP protocol
• Output log events over OTLP
• GraphServer() in python now takes the config parameters as a dict such that it can reuse the same parsing code as loading config from file. One less place to miss when adding new config parameters
• Config loading from file now has actual format validation instead of ignoring any fields that didn't match (no more hiding typos)

• Server config in python has changed, we need to have better docs for this (it was not documented in the first place)
