The populace release manifest now carries the usdata 1.115.5 long-term, city, and auxiliary artifacts (each pinned to its own repo+revision+ sha256, mp-ecps precedent) so no existing dataset path breaks; enhanced_cps_2024 is intentionally absent — populace_us_2024 is the certified default. Regenerated + validated (exit 0).
