Outline Text GIMP plugin

A plugin for the GIMP which outlines the text in the current text layer using the current background colour.

Installation

1. Copy (or symlink) pistos-outline-text.scm to ~/.config/GIMP/2.10/scripts.
2. (Re)start GIMP.

Usage

1. In the menus: Filters | Light and Shadow | Outline Text
2. Specify the size of the outline in pixels.
3. Specify the opacity of the outline layer.
4. Marvel.
