Version 0.4.1

This is a patch version which:

• updates some dependencies (to make dependabot happy)
• adds CI checks in Actions (so I don't have to remember things)
• fixes the Blender manifest issue (which I'd miss without the checks!)
• simplifies local dev setup with mise (which is awesome!)

Everything else should stay the same
