Add insignificant parts to Ikea Trackers Policy

I added a new selector to remove an insignificant part that was causing some blinks as seen here in this commit

I took the opportunity to correct the other terms.

And I preferred to remove the p strong br selector that I myself had approved here because it seems clear to me now that you shouldn't risk deleting content because of a fault in transforming html into markdown.
