Open!Next D2.5 report first reviewer revision

This release contains a revised draft of the Open!Next D2.5 report "Second release of OSD status report dashboard" in the file named D2.5_Second release of OSD status report dashboard_UBA.fodt (other formats, such as .odt, .pdf, or .docx, are also included). This is based on the review by @moedn on 2022-08-17. Additional files related to the survey mentioned in the report are contained in the survey-files folder.

Summary of changes:

• Add digital object identifier (DOI) and links to the report, this repository's README, and the dashboard backend and frontend code.
• Added some field-based cross references.
• Consistently use OPEN_NEXT (instead of Open!Next, OPEN!NEXT, etc.) in the text.
• Minor phrasing/wording updates for clarity.
• Moved Tables 2 and 3 into Annex section to ease reading main text.
• Use "T2.2" instead of "WP2.2".
• Typo fixes.
