Description
This PR updates Azure pathway analysis notebooks in Submodules 02–04 to improve execution and usability. It also adds an optional R kernel troubleshooting section to the Azure README and a helper bash script
(install_r_irkernel.sh) to install and register the R IRkernel when the R kernel is unavailable in Jupyter.
All modified notebooks were run top-to-bottom, and the installation script was validated in an Azure-style Ubuntu environment.
Not associated with a tracked issue.
