📋 Prerequisites

• Node.js (v16+) and npm
• Python (3.8+) and pip
• Virtual environment (recommended for Python)

🚀 Setup and Installation

Frontend Setup

cd frontend/app
npm install
npm run dev

The frontend will start on http://localhost:5173

Backend Setup

cd backend/backend
python -m venv venv

# Activate virtual environment
# On macOS/Linux:
source venv/bin/activate
# On Windows:
.\venv\Scripts\activate

# Install dependencies
pip install -r ../requirements.txt

# Apply migrations
python manage.py migrate

# Start development server
python manage.py runserver

The backend will run on http://127.0.0.1:8000

Create a .env file in the backend directory for configuration:
