[bug]: Incorrect scaling of the settings window

Describe the bug

The settings window doesn't get scaled no matter the window size.

This is pretty annoying because you literally see nothing without scrolling.

This is intentional — I haven't opened the codebase in a while, but I recall using .fixedSize or leaving the .sheet to infer size based on the window size would fail to scale it correctly.
As such, i implemented an explicit size for the sheet.
This is likely to be a nofix.
