Feature suggestion: "Draggable" in drop down menu

Suggestion:

1. Besides inside display preferences, in karaoke mode, also add "Draggable" to the drop down menu for easy enable/disable
2. In the display preferences window, grey out "Mouse passing by" when Draggable as visual cue that the option is disabled when Draggable is enabled.
